Marathon Motivation From a Pro http://ift.tt/1iHMpV4

Earlier this month, I had a chance to chat with American Olympic silver medalist Meb Keflezighi, fresh off his Boston Marathon win in April where he was the first U.S. male to win in 31 years. He was in San Diego to help pace the 90-minute group at the Suja Rock 'N' Roll Half Marathon (a slow pace for him but many minutes away from my finishing time!). Before he hit the starting line, I asked him how he motivates himself to power through each marathon, especially when he's feeling discouraged. His answer is one I'll definitely remember the next time I'm feeling like I've hit a wall on the race course. Check out his quote below, then print or pin our poster to help motivate yourself during your next big race.

Keep digging. Nobody said it's going to be easy. You have to dig into yourself. Think about your family, think about the journey itself. Think in the moment.
