If your heart has been following life-changing TV dramas like Grey's Anatomy and Scandal, you'll be floored to hear that the shows' creator just lost the equivalent in weight of a petite woman - 117 pounds! She told Extra, "I just decided I was going to get it together and get healthy. I have some little kids, and I want to be around them." There was no magic pill. As soon as Shonda got real and told herself it wasn't going to be fun, it got easier. She cut down her portion sizes, ate healthier, worked out regularly, and admits, "I hate every minute of every bit of it!"
