I hardly slept last night. I haven't eaten since lunch. I don't want to mess up my hair. I already took a shower today. I can't decide what class to take. My sports bras are all dirty. Enough with the workout excuses! This mom has four kiddos running around and even crawling all over her, and she still manages to do squats, lunges, push-ups, and even some pretty kickass TRX moves using her car (wait, what? That's awesome!). Oh, and she has the rocking body to prove it.
