Holiday desserts might be full of nostalgic memories, but they're also full of calories, fat, and loads of added sugar. Don't fret; we're not saying you shouldn't have any delicious indulgences all Fall long - we certainly will be enjoying some treats over here! - but a rich dessert every day does not make for a balanced diet.
