Why do so many core workouts have you hold plank forever?! OK, so yeah, it's effective, but hello, boring! Try this variation instead - take your plank for a walk around the world. Find an open space that's about 10 feet wide (or more), get on your hands and feet, and roll through these four plank variations one after the other, holding each for one complete breath.
