A Simple Way to Guarantee a Good Night's Sleep http://ift.tt/1zywQum

After a big day, it can be hard to wind down and drift off to sleep. The trick is to create a routine that guarantees you catch your zzz's. One of the best habits to start adopting now is to nix the electronics at night. When you spend your bedtime scrolling through Facebook, the blue light that emits from your screen can trick your brain into thinking it's daylight, causing a disruption in your body's natural circadian rhythms. That means you won't be able to shut down when you need to.

Instead, give your body time to acclimate to the night by shutting off your smartphone and stashing your tablet at least 20 minutes before you'd like to be asleep. Your tired, weary body will thank you in the morning. Keep this reminder close by printing our poster and hanging it on your vanity mirror, or pin it to your sleep board to help you get a great night's sleep.
