Brett Hoebel is every busy and fit woman's dream. The (easy-on-the-eyes) celebrity trainer's workouts are simple and effective and don't require a lot of time to see results. (Remember the 20-minute, no-equipment workout he created for us a few months ago?) So when Hoebel offered to create a quickie, targeted abs routine for us, all we thought was, "How soon can we have it - and try it?"
With this new workout, you'll target your entire core from every angle - using just your bodyweight. The martial-arts-inspired moves (there are only four, swear) are part of his new 20-Minute Body program. Watch the video below for the complete routine. To do the workout, you'll perform each move for one minute.
